She was to Quakers in Shanandah, Virginia. She studied at the University of the Arts in Pennsylvania and also attended the Academy of Fine Arts. She specialised in floral works and landscapes of village and farm scenes. M.Elizabeth Price spent most of her later life in Bucks County.
