Rosen, Charles

Charles Rosen was born in Reagantown, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Charles Rosen studied at the National Academy of Design in New York with William Merritt Chase. He lived in New Hope and later in Woodstock where he taught at the Art Students League summer school.
