Our Privacy Policy
We know how much you value your privacy. That's why we never sell, rent or share our customer's information to any other company or organization as we think unsolicited e-mails or telemarketing calls are the worse kind of intrusion.
Obviously, if you place an order with us, we're going to need your name, shipping address, billing address, credit card information and e-mail address. We ask for an e-mail address so we can keep you up to date with your order. We couldn't do without this information but we will never sell, trade or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information to anyone other than, and only in very rare cases, law enforcement agencies.
Our Returns Policy
If you should wish to return your oil painting, please do so within 30 days of receipt of the oil painting and we will refund the purchase price less our initial shipping costs.
You must notify us before returning the oil painting, clearly stating the reason why you are returning it and we need to agree that the painting is not as shown on our website. You need to return the oil painting to our Asian studio in a suitable packing tube (if you do not have the originally packaging tube) by UPS or DHL at your expense. The returned oil painting must be in the original condition in which we sent it to you. If the oil painting has been damaged or altered in any way, a refund will not be issued.
If you do not have the original invoice, please include a letter with the returned oil painting that includes the following information:
Your name
Address
Phone number
Reason for return
Action to be taken (refund or credit)
Once we have received the returned oil painting, a refund will be made in the original form of payment, except for bank wire transfers, which will be refunded via company check.

Our Damages Policy
All our Fine Art reproduction oil paintings are very carefully packed in strong packing tubes so it is unlikely that your oil painting will arrive damaged. However, unfortunate mishaps can sometimes occur and if your oil painting arrives damaged in transit, please notify us by e-mail within 4 days of receipt, as we need to make a claim with the shipper. Please keep all of the original packing materials for the shipper, who will arrange to pick up the package from you.
Once we receive the damaged oil painting at our office we will arrange either for a full refund or for a replacement painting to be sent. You are not expected to incur any additional costs associated with the refund or replacement.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours without any charge. Orders cancelled after 24 hours and before the painting is shipped will be charged at 50% of the original price.
